Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or generating a presentation on pptcreate.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

pptcreate.app is an AI-assisted presentation generator. You provide input (topics, outlines, uploads), and we generate editable slide decks you can refine and export. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Free accounts include a limited number of deck generations; paid plans remove that cap subject to fair use.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content you do not have rights to, or that infringes others' intellectual property.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems or third-party integrations.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or authentication controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a security or legal risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, uploads, and deck content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service — including sending relevant text to our AI provider (OpenRouter) for generation and editing, and to image providers when you request stock photos.

You represent that you have the rights needed for any material you upload or generate, and that your use complies with applicable law.

Our intellectual property

pptcreate.app, its branding, software, default templates, themes, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, code, or design system except as needed to use the service normally.

AI-generated slide text and layouts are provided for your use in presentations you create. We do not claim ownership of your finished decks, but we cannot guarantee that AI output is unique or free of third-party rights — review before public distribution.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscription fees, renewals, and refunds are governed by Paddle's checkout terms in addition to these Terms. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use in business, legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes contexts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pptcreate.app and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
